While I loved working in-house as a key senior manager for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping small business owners, executive team members, and new managers succeed. Since 2011, my desire to work with entrepreneurs and business professionals has not waivered. After meeting another underserved leader, I was inspired to establish the Academy for Leadership Development & Readiness (ALDR).

To be ALDR member is more than just taking actions to build knowledge and skills for aspiring leaders. Our approach is focused on helping, inspiring, and equipping leadership teams as a whole unit to drive organizational change.
